When I first transitioned to a plant-based diet, I ate cooked vegan foods before I became staunchly about going fully raw. My dad and I enjoyed delicious cooked vegan foods, which were okay if you're transitioning to raw. If you're transitioning to a plant-based diet, I would start by going vegan before you even go raw.
